The approach
Conscious Bodywork is a holistic and intuitive approach to the body, combining therapeutic touch, massage, presence and body awareness. Rather than following one fixed technique, each session is adapted to the individual and to what the body needs in that moment.
Drawing from different traditions of massage and bodywork, sessions can range from deep and physically focused work to gentle, meditative and deeply relaxing touch. Breath, awareness and conscious presence are woven into the treatment, inviting you to slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body.
The intention is not only to work with muscles and physical tension, but to create space for the whole person to relax, feel, breathe and become more present in their body.

Massage & bodywork
Relaxation, recovery and whole-body wellbeing
A deeply relaxing and restorative full-body massage combining flowing touch with work on the muscles, fascia and the body’s meridian lines. The treatment helps release tension, support circulation and recovery, and create a greater sense of balance and connection throughout the body.
Individual needs, pain and muscular tension
A personalised and focused treatment for areas where pain, tension or deeper patterns of holding are present. Drawing on Swedish massage, Thai massage, sports massage, trigger point therapy and intuitive bodywork, each session is adapted to your body and needs.
Deeper bodywork, conscious touch and emotional or embodied release
A deep bodywork treatment inspired by tantric bodywork, combining conscious touch, breath, presence and trigger point techniques to explore and release deeply held physical and emotional tension. The intention is to create more openness, vitality, body awareness and a deeper connection with yourself.
Courses & certification
Begin with an experiential course in conscious touch, massage and embodied presence. Level 1 can be taken for personal development, while Level 2 is a practitioner certification pathway for those who want to offer Conscious Bodywork professionally. The certification programme is currently in development.
